We have been trying to pay DSTV account at major retailers in Polokwane without luck. We are told the sustem is offline. Our services will be suspended in a few hours. We do not have time or resources to use alternatibe payments methods like bank deposit. And we will be expected to pay a reconnection fee, that's unfair. I hope Multichoice won't suspend or charge fees. It is not our fault that this happened.
