I have been in and out of pic'n'pay, spar, checkers, shoprite to try and pay my dstv, now they tell me that thier system has been offline for two days now. my subscribtion was due yesterday (lucky for you multichoice for fishing that R50 reconnection fee). it's not our fault that you have a server which becomes offline during month end and i think you delibarately switch the server off so that you can pop the customers reconnection fees. no one is saying anything, i mean we can't tell you how to do your jobs but if don't deliver we will tell you how to do your jobs, stop sending us messages about DSTV insurance rather update us on the matter in hand and how far are you with fixing it. if this is the kind of service we are going to get from you i think it's better you just watch the SABC.
