After having updated my details several times during early 2012, I cancelled my DSTV account (telephonically) as I had switched to TopTV. Having not received any statements, notices or correspondence for more than a year I assumed that the account was indeed cancelled. That is until I started receiving threatening sms's last week. How utterly unprofessional. A company like Multichoice cannot even keep their own records up to date and they then simply revert to bullying tactics.
