This is the 3rd time in 3 months my DSTV has been cancelled!! and suspended.
This is due to the inefficient people at the call centre who cannot respond to me queries fast enough as my airtime gets cut off.
I also tried to set up a credit card order for you to take out monthly but online does not attempt me to put an amount.
I must pay a R50 reconnection fee all the time because I subscribed for the email statements, to date I have not received one statement and have no idea whatsoever am I being charged for???
TIme to move it to TOPTV...
