In July 2008, I cancelled my DSTV subscription. I was getting a divorce at the time. Subsequent to the divorce, my ex-wife (who had the decoder as part of the settlement) it would seem reactivated the DSTV account in my name.
Despite informing Multichoice numerous times over the last 4 years that they have performed a action, they seem to think it is ok.
I am no longer interested in emailing customer service either as it get nowhere! I want confirmation that the account has been removed off my name! I am sure if there was a default in payment Multichoice would not hesitate to blacklist me, so perhaps I should open a case of at the SAPS.
