On 24 September 2013, I took my siblings out to watch the 3D Smurf movie that was playing at Ster-kinekor sterland as a treat seeing that they were on school holidays. To our dismay, we had to watch the movie while sitting on a stairway with people passing between us which was uncomfortable and we ended up not enjoying the movie nor indulging in the snacks we had bought. None of the cashiers nor the ticket collector had bothered to tell us that there were no seating spaces available; neither was the movie notice board updated to show that the tickets for the Smurf movie were sold out so as to avoid people not getting any seats. If we were informed accordingly, we would have gladly opted to watch another movie which would have been much enjoyable and comfortable. This is not how a well known Cinema should operate.
