I cancelled our DSTV premium subscription in December 2012. The call centre informed me that I would receive my refund in January 2013 which to date I have not received. In April, May and June Multichoice debit orders started going off my account again. After numerous calls to the call centre, I was informed that I reconnected our service via the Internet which I did not do as I do not have access to the DSTV website. As a last resort to stop any further debit orders I canceled the service yet again. Absolutely furious that a company can just take money without authorization from my account and seemingly can get away with it! A credit of R400 has now yet again been supposedly put to my DSTV account. All I want is for my refund from December to be re-imbursed and my money from April, May and June to be paid back into my account.
