Well here we are again. I cancelled my DSTV premium account with DSTV after 19 years due to the ARROGANCE, MONOPOLYSTIC ATTIDE and COMPLETE DISREGARD that DSTV/MULTICHOICE has towards their clients. IT is amazing that DSTV pride themselves with the fact that they hold their customers close and will make sure that THEIR only income they have in very important to them. THEY - DSTV have not lifted a telephone handset to make a single call to me to TRY and find out why I have cancelled my account. I am Mark Kriel (2499185) and will post on this site, Hello [URL Removed] and every other site I can find, every week until DSTV take customer service seriously. I WILL create bad press for DSTV, 24/7/52/365 days of the year.
