Spoke to Multichoice to resolve an account issue. A couple of weeks back they informed me that they made a mistake on their side, so the only outstanding balance was the insurance of about R35. I then phoned 2 weekends back to confirm their banking details, at which the consultant told me that there were no outstanding fees, and that all has been written off. My friend tried to activate the dstv on his name, but was told that there is still oustanding fees. I never had dstv activated. This is a waste of time and energy as well as very unprofessional from dstv. And it seems like nobody from multichoice is of any help. Very very poor...
