I received a message that i owe R2157.00. On phoning multichoice i was advised that when i cancelled my drifta subscription in march, DSTV instead of cancelling decided to activate every single decoder that i have ever owned including my analogue mnet decoder that i had 12 years ago. I only own 1 PVR decoder on premium with insurance. Nlanlhla on the call centre has been very helpful, ref 130383633 but it is not yet resolved, he can apparently resolve all the activations and cancel monies owing but he cannot sort drifta as this is the mobile dept therefore i would need to call them, also they decided to activate the insurance for the 12 year old analogue decoder and i must phone the insurance dept to cancel the insurance. I need one person to sort out the mess that multichoice has caused with my account, why should i have to make 3 calls and explain 3 times for a multichoice error.
