MULTICHOICE
I has a problem with my DSTV? I phoned the call centre and waited extremely long to be assisted. I was advised to take my decoder to an outlet to be tested. It was tested and was found to be in working condition. I was further advised to speak to the person who installed the decoder. I phoned DIKARABO RMS on 0722943873 who said that he will be at my house in the morning. The gentleman did not pitch. I phoned the gentleman this afternoon and informed him that I am disappointed in his services and that i am going to refer the matter to house and home as well as multichoice. His response was that I must not threaten him I must do it. Hence the email to you appealing not to outsource installations to companies which do not even have the decency to phone your clients and make alternative arrangement.
I would like to know what multichoice is going to do about the unsatisfactory service rendered taking into consideration that my decoder was installed just over a month ago and i had to get another technician to locate the fault and rectify.
