I deactivated my DSTV 3-4 months back, when i tried to re-activate easy view only service this morning, call center agent is telling my premium services are active and they can only down graded to easy view from premium bocquet instead of offering options to customers to choose the required package. How can you guys money from customers? DSTV is nothing but day light because of no competators.
DSTV call center is another nightmare to get hold of a call center consultant, very very inefficient staff.
Website is the worst ever i saw, it does not have options to activate, deactivate or choose packages of customer choice.
