PATHETIC SERVICE WITH CALL CENTRE

ONCE AGAIN I AM EXPERIENCING BAD SERVICE WITH MULTICHOICE. EVERY TIME I PHONED IN AND HAD MY ACCOUNT RECONNECTED I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY RECONNECTION FEE. I HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH THE GUY WHO HELPED ME ON THE 4TH OF AUGUST, FRIENDLY AND EXCELLENT SKILLS PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST. TODAY I SPOKE WITH ROLANI WHO WASN'T MUCH HELP WHO JUST ARGUED THE PHONE DROPPED I THEN SPOKE TO SIBUSISWE WHO WASN'T MUCH HELP EITHER WITH AN ATTITUDE HE THEN PUT ME THROUGH TO KGANELO WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN SUPERVISOR DIDN'T HELP AT ALL, ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS"ESCILATE" THE CALL I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE PUT ME THROUGH TO PATRICIA, SHE TRIED TO HELP BUT WITH LACK OF KNOWLEDGE WASN'T MUCH HELP EITHER. ALL THIS TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR.. WITH THE ISSUE OF RECONNECTING MY SERVICES TELLING THEM I DON'T WANT TO PAY A RECONNECTION FEE AS THE GUY WHO HELPED ME ON 4 AUGUST SAID THE SYSTEM DISCONNECTS AUTOMATICALLY. I EXPLAINED HOW OUR PAYMENTS WORK AS ITS MY DECODER AND MY MOTHERS ON MY NAME. IF I HAVE TO PAY THE RECONNECTION FEE AFTER THIS I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH DSTV AND I'LL GET TOPTV. PLEASE GET BETTER SYSTEMS THAT RECORDS ARRANGEMENTS AS WELL AS TRAINED PROFESSIONAL STAFF
