Incompetent and Over Charging me

I cancelled my DSTV beginning 2012 and I was emailed a statement showing I had a credit balance of R120 some odd rands. Now I get an SMS indicating I'm owing R245.00. I called DSTV three times to so this out. The first guy who helped me, Siso, claimed it was a mistake on his part and he put meon hold and then cut me off. The second lady, just cut me off with no enthusiasm to even help. The third guy, Lesego, put me on hold and cut me off!!! What the. How many times must I keep calling to hear all your stupid voice prompt messages to get through to a consultant who is incompetent!? It is a good thing I cancelled with Multichoice! Now I have to goo all the way to Randburg to sort this mess out!
