Disconnected my DSTV

I'm multichoice, too much. since the 14th of November my DSTV has been disconnected to and from, what me off is that I paid my account in advance and when I call I get a stupid automated voice telling me I have an outstanding balance on my account, when I check on the self service website the amount changes every day, last week it showed I owe R190 and on Saturday it was R98 on sunday it was R56 and today it's R90.80, what the is going on with you guys, please sort out this matter because I have serious problems to worry about, and worst of all I receive statement showing the payments I have made on my account, and it shows that my account is still active until the 1st of December 2013. YOU PEOPLE ARE SO USELESS, MXM
