Service, incompetent call centre agent!

My PVR does not connect and I have tried calling dstv for which I was on hold for almost 30 minutes. Then I sent them a message on facebook and again I was faced with ill mannered call centre agents who clearly do not have an idea of what customer service is. Well again send a text on their facebook wall and I am still not helped, I have exhausted all means to receive assistance from dstv despite the fact that I am a PAYING client whose account is never in arrears whatsoever. I am sick and tired of having to deal with dstv, its incompeted staff and management. Mthunzi Nkosi has a attitude and often times when I was on the phone with him he had no idea what he was doing. DSTV is period! I have had this issue of recording for almost over a month and I am almost certIN THAT YOU do receive the portion of money for recording functionality. Not only is your service, you are! Matter of fact you owe me for the month of December and Januaryfor not being able to record while paying for the service. I hate DSTV! up service!
