Most pathetic and delayed service

I have applied for a refund over 3weeks ago for my Oppikoppi ticket as I knew I would be unable to attend. Rene has been super delayed with any responses. Took her two days to send a form which I needed to fill in. Her service is pathetic. The festival is already over and I still do not have a refund!
