Their Bus was delayed for more than 12 Hours and I was only contacted about it too late to make any other bookings. The gentleman at S A roadlink informed me that if apply for a refund it will be processed a month later. I had to use other means of getting from Durban to Johannesburg and this meant more travelling costs to be endured. SA Roadlink sends me a pathetic and sms informing me that my Refund application was not successful. That is not what was agreed upon between myself and the manager on the day that I was delayed. I want to know how I can get my refund on my bus ticket that was never used due to their delay? Furthurmore I do not advise anyone that is persuing to travel by bus to use SA Roadlink they are useless and unprofessional.
