Refund now delayed aswell?

I was promised a refund from the GrouponSA team and to date i still have nothing showing in my account.

This reply was done on the 10th January 2013 and still to date i have yet to receive my refund after i was told this would take 3 days? You have made me wait enough now so get your act together and send me my refund!
