No response on Oppikoppi ticket

On Friday 02/08/2013, after I did my payment for my ticket to Oppi I received an email stating they could not find my reference I replied with my proof of reference and proof of payment and have not received any response what so ever I have phoned numerous times over 32 times but no answer or the lines are busy but they cant just answer the call I have also sent through numerous emails requesting any feedback on this matter but yet again no feedback was given, I find this quite pathetic and unprofessional and very very poor customer service. Oppikoppi is 2 days away and now I sit with no ticket although I have proof of my payment and a reference. I am now on the edge of exploding.
