THABANG IS MY HERO

I called the call centre to to get my DSTV reconnected. Thabang was amazing. He spent so much time helping me and never became frustrated. i asked him to put me through to the survey and my phone battery died. Please tell him that i so appreciated his calm manner, his friendliness and determination to help me as a customer. I think that these guys have the toughest job ever, but he was amazing. i wish i could speak to him everytime. Thabang is a man who puts customers first and that is rare these days. PLease make sure he gets the messsage. i was the lady who paid the account but had the wrong name. Thabang you are a star. Thank you a thousand times
