As per numerous complaints, I have e-mails from Thabang that states what I was supposed to get paid out, but was short paid. Also the excesses were more than what my policy stated. Thabang was informed & I was told I would be paid out for the outstanding amount. It is unacceptable that this is a constant issue & is not been resolved. I am not interested in receiving a call from Thabang or have him dealing with my claim, as he has numerous times to me. I expect payment for the outstanding amount that is about R1000.
