I must compliment Thabang at Edgars Eastgate (Shoe Department).
I found a pair of shoes I liked at Greenstone, of which they did not have my size, I did ask customer care to assist in helping me find them at another branch, and was told that their system couldnt do that (when infact they could have checked for me - but perhaps were too lazy) They did give me an SKU code, of which I called Eastgate and got through to Thabang who went out of his way to help me find them, and to confirm he found me my size at the Glen branch.
But he really went out of his way, called me back with feedback and just good service full stop.
Its not often we get good service now days, but I was quite lucky to have him assisting me.
Excellent work Thabang - You need a REWARD :)
