Worst Customer and Financial Ethics

I have CANCELLED my subscription with Ndalo Media and did explain that the reason why I'm cancelling is to have money to pay for the unplanned medical bills. CARLO CONFIRMED a CANCELLATION On the 09/07/2013 that it is cancelled and there would not be any debit order in my account. I got surprised when it happened on the 25th, called the helpdesk and was told that they CANNOT REFUND ME cause they must WAIT FOR THE REPORT which they received 01/08/2013. A guy from finance dept called me to say that I must give him my credit card details so that HE CAN REVERSE THE MONEY. I'm not comfortable to share my credit card details with anyone. I requested that this gets refunded to my cheque account and I'm only advised, AFTER SO LONG, that it will take 20 days.

What makes YOU to debit my account so QUICK BUT FAIL TO REFUND AND TELL ME ABOUT WAITING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!! Anastacia mentioned that she was going to pay it from the petty cash if she was sure that the funds were allocated. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!
