Bad communication and Neglect in providing info

I am a customer of MTN for over 13 years and I have yet not received the level of service I pay for.

I called the customer service line on 2 November 2013 and a Gentleman by the name of Thabang answered. He was very helpful. The problem I had though was that when I requested to have my credit limit for my cellphone bill be changed from one amount to one higher at that current time, I was kept on the phone for more than 28 minutes. This is unacceptable as service is time dependent.

The other problem I had was when i asked Thabang why I do not receive guideline sms's which indicate the amount of credit I have left on my bill for the month? The answer Thabang gave me was a simple "The system". I was not very happy about this.

My final complaint was about the amount allocated. The fact that my bill is always more than the amount of credit available tells me that the processes at MTN is not being managed in an attention to detail manner.

I lodged a complaint with Thabang (REF:105729421) and I was told that someone will look into it and I could expect a call from a supervisor or manager by Monday 04 November 2013. Up to this very day I have not received a call.
