I have been trying to replace a faulty decoder on my DSTV profile since Monday. After sending all the relevant information for specialist activations, one of your staff members decides to disconnect the wrong decoder!

On a Thursday before the long weekend, should I now wait the whole weekend before this MISTAKE on your side is rectified?
