Poor Customer Service!

So dissapionted that a big institude like Computicket were not even prepared to just try and walk a little extra mile for a customer and a 8 year old boy! My son received WWE tickets as present for the 30/07/13 but unfortanetly as a kid and due the the fact that it was a present we didnt relise that it was for the 30/07/13 and went the 31/07/13. When officials told me that we are there on the wrong date I went and explained the situation to Computicket. After the poor boy was in tears and was very upset. But the manager were very cold and just said that they can't do anything about it. And it forced me to buy new tickets! What poor service! And the bad thing about it, was that there were a lot of seats still open in the arena! Why couldn't they just try and make a plan for us? They could see that the tickets wasn't used and it was paid for! Such poor customer service! They wouldn't even try do walk a little extra mile! And that for a company that makes millions! Maybe that the reason for having a take it or leave it attidute! Didn't even have a heart for a poor 8 year old boy that heart was broken!
