On 31 July a group of 9 of my friends went to Zanzibar for dinner. We were having a few drinks which took 20minutes to get 2 beers and a cocktail. When I looked at the bar the bar man is on his cellphone. Eventually we ordered mains which took a whole 45min to arrive and it was cold. Prior to the meal coming we complained to the manager who was sitting next to our table chatting to his chef. He did not get up to address our issues but remained at his table. When I told the waiter to take meals away, the chef came to apologize and I told him the same. Eventually the manager comes and offers us half price on our meals, with an attitude of note. I once again asked for my bill for my drinks and starters and walked out. I would never ever go back there and never recommend that restaurant. I will also tell all my family and friends about the horrendous service.
