Why disconnection

I am sick of Multichoice!!!

1. Can they not consider people who only get paid on the 31st of every month?

2. My husband normally pays the monthly fee, but because the queues were too long on Sat, 27 July, I did an EFT, and obviously did not reflect as yet on Mon, 29 July... DISCONNECTED!!!

They want to disconnect your dstv when its 1 or 2 days late, but they wanna put a whole lot of hogwash on TV.

I refuse to pay a re-connection fee. Multichoice better see that they re-connect my DSTV.
