Who's to blame? computicket/bus service provide

I need to travel via bus from George to Paarl tomorrow. So I went to my nearest Checker store to buy a ticket via computicket. This was at 15:00 today. The money market assistant searched for all the carriers doing that route tommorrow. The computicket system showed only Intercape. So I had to buy 2 tickets with Intercape. I however hatetravelling with Intercape as their busses are always late and their services is very poor. Anycase I was really upset. After a discussion with my family I realized that there should be a bus with some other busservice provider. I called Translux and got two tickets with them for less than I paid form the Intercape ticktets. I went back to Checkers at 17:00 to cancel the tickets. I had to pay a penalty of R26.00 for each ticket. So I lost R54.00 for nothing at all. Now I want to know WHO IS TO BLAME? Computicket for not being able to give me a Translux ticket because only the Intercape one showed om the system? Checkers being the agent for Computicket and not refunding the full amount as only about 1 hour had passed since I bought the tickets. Translux for not showing on the system even though there were still place on the bus?
