I was given a groupon voucher for my birthday. A facial and a full body exfoliator massage. i went on sat the 20th July, i arrived late as the directions that i received from the manageress was not understandable and the directions did not come up on google maps, besides the heater not working and it been cold that morning the massage was bearable. now the facial was something els to be desired. i did inform the young lady that i had extremely sensitive skin. later that evening my face felt tight and flustered. the next morning i woke up to the most swollen red face burning like fire and itchy. had to go to the doctor and 700.00 rand later was told that i had a allergic reaction to the product that was used called six something or other (that is new on the market b.t.w). i did contact the salon and explained what happened and even sent a picture of my face afte. well the reaction of the manageress was " oh well i have never heard of some thing like that happening" and that was that... Sorry to say i am highly disappointed in the salon as i feel they should give a allergy test especially as it is a new product and i did inform them of my skin. Will not recomend them to anyone
