I bought a Groupon for a full body massage & facial for two people expiring Feb 2014. When I tried to make a booking the receptionist was extremely rude, saying that she was tired of people calling for this service as the lady who did the treatments left. I asked that the owner should call me back. When the owner called she also was extremely rude to me and advised me to call " Groupon" as she was not prepared to either provide the service or refund me.
If they treat you like this over the phone, I can't imagine how terrible their service in person would be!!
