Before I bought a Groupon voucher for facial injections, I phoned the company concerned, in this instance it was Skin Esteem, to make sure if Fillers formed part of the facial injections. I spoke to a lady, Beauty, who, in turn, confirmed with someone at the salon before answering me, that it in fact did! After I purchased the voucher, I phoned the company to make an appointment for the Fillers, only to be informed that only Botox formed part of the facial injections and NOT Fillers...
After a long discussion it was clear that they were not going to accommodate me due to their mistake in giving false information.
I managed to get a credit from Groupon, but I want to put it on record that I was inconvenienced and want to stress the point that companies should not have incompetent staff answering their telephones as it creates unnecessary problems and dissatisfied clients! I will make sure that I NEVER refer anybody to Skin Esteem as I am of the opinion that their products and services may be as bad as their communication...
