Nu Metro at The Glen shopping centre is atrocious! I attend movies once a week and have the same complaint for approximately 2-3 months. Head Office had decided that this Nu Metro should cut staff and as a result queue's are long, staff are surly and unfriendly and customers become irate and frustrated. The manager is exceptionally apologetic and helpful, but his hands are tied. The lines at the food counters are long and waiting times of 30
Minutes minimum are not uncommon. The staff behind the counters are slow, rude and have a terrible attitude to customer service, if any. I would rather now travel an extra 20
Minutes to Eastgate Ster Kinekor than go to The Glen!
