To whom it may concern,
Recently, Nu Metro opened a new branch in the upgrade Key west mall, but that is all that's upgraded.
Beginning of April I went to the New Nu metro in Key west and saw it is quite nicely done over and the overall look is not bad at all, We went to watch a movie that started more than 10 Min later due to the fact the staff was still cleaning and I didnt have a problem with that at all.
NOW, yesterday I went on to watch the New Iron Man 3D, so I get to the movies and I want to book a ticket:
1. NO CARD MACHINES WERE WORKING.
2. THE SERVICE ALTHOUGH FRIENDLY IS SLOW.
3. AGAIN WAITED MORE THAN 10 MIN FOR STAFF TO CLEAN ONLY TO FIND OUR ENTIRE ROW WAS STILL FULL OF POPCORN BOXES ETC.
People, this aint happening please.
I am sorry to say but the Ster Kinicor was better.
