Ster- Kinekor at Northgate's staff are all very rude and on a constant go slow... we only use the self help service to buy tickets as the staff arnt very helpful, then we have stopped buying from the popcorn counter as it takes soooooo long because they all on a go slow, all having private conversations and have no concern for the customers waiting in line!!! this has now happened the last 3 times we have been there and its not acceptable!
