I have always loved movies, and loved the Cinema, most of my life I have also preferred Ster Kinekor to Nu Metro. At the new mall at Secunda, I had the worst movie experience of my life. Firstly the service counter personnel were incredibly slow and complacent, causing me to miss 15 minutes of the movie despite arriving an hour early! Once I was in the cinema I found that my troubles had only just begun, the movie suddenly cut, and we had to wait twenty minutes sitting in darkness before it starting showing again. 5 minutes later is cut again for another 20 minutes. The staff were inept and unapologetic about the situation and most of my day had been wasted in the futile attempt in enjoying the movie. The third time it cut, I left the movie (which I otherwise would have enjoyed) and got a refund. In future I intend to use Nu Metro cinemas.
