V&A Nu Metro should clean up their act

Nu Metro at the V&A Waterfront really needs to clean up their act. The staff are extremely badly trained and couldn't care any less about serving their customers. I have had this experience there more than once, but during the peak showing at 8pm last night, staff behind the snacks counters were moving at a snail's pace, got my order wrong and then took forever to find a debit card machine which is in working order - all of which resulted in my missing the start of the movie despite the fact that I joined the very long queue to pay an extortionate price for popcorn with plenty of time to spare!

I asked for pain salt, I got handed the butter salt with a blank expression. I asked for no ice in my drink, I got handed a cup full of ice and get a shoulder shrug when I point it out. On top of which the bathroom was in a shocking state.

I guess Nu Metro has no incentive to provide a decent service, since plenty of people are still flocking to their cinemas to pay good money for being treated badly. I no longer will, I'd rather drive a bit further and go to Ster Kinekor instead.
