I booked tickets for movies and asked what times were available for the specific show and instead of her just helping me like it's her job to do, I get comments under her breath in a different language and then "well the times are up there" meaning at the other booking station. Quite frankly I don't care! I was told I can book at u, u don't have the times displayed which is why I'm asking u, I don't appreciate your attitude. "What attitude". Nu Metro should spend less time giving free movies and more time better educating staff on how to speak to customers!
