I love going to the Movies and try and go twice a week. However the service at Nelspruit Nu Metro is appalling and have been for a while. The bathrooms are disgusting, it smells so bad you smell it even when you get out of the theatre. The theatres itself are dirty and not cleaned well after each showing. They are always out of stock of anytime peanuts, always, for months on end, why advertise what you never have in stock? The staff are so slow, and so unfriendly!! Furthermore the movies showing are not always the latest. The movie Rush is not going to show there due to "too little prints" however Grown Ups 2 has been showing for two months? Why do we have to drive to JHB to catch the latest hit?? Take off the old movies and put new ones on. I can pay R 25 on DSTV box office for movies, yet I choose to go to the cinema because I love it. It just doesn't feel like a movie theatre. It feels run down and like it's a low budget theatre, little or no decorations and has a stuffy smelly aura. I pay the same amount for a movie as in JHB yet the entire experience is vastly different!
