No consultant can explain my high bill

As I was making payment via the Multichoice payment machine, the machine poped out a ridiculous amount.
Considering that Multichoice are good at cutting service due to non payment I paid then consultant with a consultant within the store requesting a reason for the high bill that I am not use to paying everymonth. He kept on going around in circles not making sense. It was obvious he was also shocked and seeked an answer which made sense to him.(Thanks for the effort on behalf of Multichoice but this is my hard earned money). I sent an e-mail via Multichoice's contact form on their main website 4 days ago still no response. I should be paying R375.00 not R496.00 Inc extra view.

May someone explain what is happening???
