We downgraded from premium to compact on the 1st of July, we did so after looking at different packages. Compact offered series channel and based on that we decided on compact. On the 9th of July dstv suddenly changed their channels, now offering a second rate series channel known as series zone, all the new series are on another series channel, not available on compact. When we signed up for compact it included series ch, therefore dstv is in breach, several customers complained on their fb page and an online petition has started, however dstv could care less about addressing the problem, some incompetent spin doctor sprouted nonsense about offering a quality product, this shows a lack of respect as anyone with half a brain will realise we are now offered! dstv obviously thinks this will die down but they have gone too far this time!
