I was very excited when I heard about DSTV's new Series channels, being on the Compact Bouquet, I thought it would be nice.
I then found out that this will not be available on the Compact Bouquet, I thought I would upgrade to the new DSTV Bouquet, the DSTV Extra, but this Bouquet also did not have the new channels. Then last night (10/07/2013) I was informed by a Call Centre (Anele) agent that not only am I (Compact) or Extra Bouquet not getting the new series channels, but they are also taking away programs that normally was on the normal Series channel, and placing them on the new Series Reality channel (Which only Premium Subscribers will have) I spoke to an agent today and all he told me that it made business sense and that it would cost to much and they are adding other normal programs on the series channel, but no reality show on the normal series channel.

Even if you upgrade to Extra View, you will still be losing out. This is wrong and I would like this matter to be looked at a.s.a.p.
