Multichoice continues to rip-off their subscribers who pay for "more affordable" bouquets. I recently upgraded - and I use this term loosely - my service from Compact to Extra. Was quite happy with this until the big Series Channel shift came about. I am paying more for having my service downgraded - how much sense does that make? We were in the middle of certain series that is now only available to Premium subscribers. I'm sorry DSTV, but I am unwilling to pay that amount for TV. However, the Series channel should form part of the bouquet I have chosen - at R400 per month, I seriously expect that it does. Please advise as to what you will be doing regarding this matter - judging from the multitude of complaints received about this shift, your clients are not happy campers. Compact and Extra subscribers are just that - subscribers paying for a now limited service. Don't give me the standard response of the "NEW" shows you are bringing to Series Zone. You have, in essence, downgraded my service, yet I am paying more. Series was one of the only channels worth watching. I'm assuming my R400 subscription is good enough for you to take, then bring back the normal Series channel.
