You are costing us money

This morning when i woke up my dstv was disconnected and I paid R600 ahead. If they can connect me the last week or for a weekend why not if I am R 600 ahead. They say it is a automated system. I dont pay R 700 a month for a automate system. When I phoned to have it reconnected I had to listen a lot of bul before getting to consultant. It took me 1minute and 30 seconds before I could speak to consultant and that is without a que. Who has to pay for that call. They getting allot of money cant they get a toll free call line. One last thing I will not pay for the last R 50 reconnection fee
