Not getting the value I signed up fo

I have been a loyal DStv subscriber since 2006 and subscribe to the DStv Compact package. When I signed up, the package included the Series channel and this was one of the key motivators for me to sign up.

MultiChoice has now split the series channel into three separate channels and has only given me access to one of them - the one that doesn't have all of my favourite series programs.

I didn't sign up for that - I signed up to get the series channel in total. They have reduced the value of the package for me and yet I am expected to pay the same price as before. I strongly object to this and feel completely cheated. I am giving serious thought to unsubscribing completely as it is now an incredible waste of money for me. I am also seriously thinking of referring the matter to the CPA to get their advice.
