Inefficient call centre service to activate DSTV

I have been holding on for more than 45 minutes on their 021-508-2222 number to activate my subscription with them, with no success but rather my wasted airtime for nothing. I posted on their Facebook wall to try and let them know that I am not getting any success but they seem to rather choose to delete my post on their wall. Its after working hours so one would expect them to be faster as people are at home and not using their work phones to try and get assistance from them. It's very simple, I just want to activate the account so that I can watch some TV not rocket science, their subscription is not for free so one would expect a more efficient service from the most expensive satellite TV provider in RSA!

They must find other ways to activate new customers because their current method is somewhat not impressive especially when you put in mind that I am "new business".
