Went into the local branch at multichoice to activate my dstv account. Everything sorted, only to get home kick up my feet and have my decoder shut down with a E-16-4 account suspended message. The account hasn't even been enabled for long enough to bill, what nonsense is this? Of course it happens at 11pm mid way through a movie and after the call center is closed!
Incredibly frustrating after I specifically went into the branch to activate the account to avoid being stuffed around.
