I never knew that there is awaiting period when one activate Insurance with Multichoice. I also didn't know that I have to activate insurance by entering a branch because I activate it via the telephone and the money was deducted. Last week my decoder had a power failure and I went to your branch where I was told I have a 3 month waiting period to claim for insurance. I would like to know is the waiting period legal coz my other insurances cover everything else from the first min.
