About a year ago, I paid about R1000 to Multichoice to come set up and activate a DSTV account at my place of business. I wanted this so that I could switch on the decoder whenever we needed. I attempted to do this today by going in to the Multichoice offices. They couldn't help me and said I must phone in. Upon phoning in, they said they couldn't help me and gave me instructions that I should call a different number. After spending 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer, they proceeded to give me a list of things that I need to give them to get it activated. I wanted to activate it so that a group of us could watch the rugby... No such luck - appalled at the lack of service and helpfulness of all involved!
